One of my main reasons for switching to google reader was because of the excellent mobile interface. However, on my n91 I kept getting "Out of memory" errors after browsing a few pages. Restarting the phone would make the error go away, but again only for a few pages. Well, that's not cool. But, apparently it's a problem just in the default browser (based on webkit). While I applaud nokia for using a free, standards-compliant engine for their browser base, I kinda needs something that works.
Enter Opera mini. Mini is opera's free mobile browser, and while not open source, it at least works and seems to work quite well. I've never been a huge fan of opera's browser on the desktop, but they're my current mobile browser of choice.
Hey, > on my n91 I kept
Hey,
We'd love to know which pages result in the memory issues, is it possible for you to contact the team behind the browser with some details?
You can reach them at http://trac.webkit.org/projects/webkit/wiki/S60Webkit or directly via s60webkit@nokia.com
Thanks and happy new year!

Firmware Update My Foot!
Thoughts on N91Nokia's change in browsers negates the reason I paid this much for a phone. I was able to Document1other than headings. It's bad enough that Nokia finds ways to get out of warranty coverage through border limits. Now they sell a Web browser phone (XHTML) then they "UPDATE" it so that it can't read my mail and a music device that won't download music over the air. Perhaps this is why TMOBILE won't sell this phone. Major corporations used to trade on long term customer trust. I suppose this is how you become #1 these days. This is the last nokia I'll ever buy.
Opera mini is my browser on
Opera mini is my browser on my n3110c though the screen of this phone is quite small but opera mini automatically shrunk to fit the screen. Opera mini for me is an excellent mobile browser it has easy-to-use features and more innovations. I hope there is already an update for Opera mini.
